During your internship, you will assist our Service Designers with various activities. You will support the design and development of user-centered services by conducting user research, analyzing insights and helping to create service blueprints and customer journey maps.You will work closely with cross-functional teams on a variety of projects, contributing your passion for service design by applying service design methodologies to enhance user experiences.In addition, you will have the opportunity to design and facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, gathering valuable feedback from users and stakeholders to inform the design process.Furthermore, you will engage in experimentation and prototyping to iterate on service concepts.Last but not least, you will thrive as part of an open-minded, interdisciplinary team of designers, researchers and business professionals.
