The Area Director of Leisure Sales, Northeast, will lead sales strategy and revenue growth across four luxury resort properties (Wildflower, White Barn, Vanderbilt, and Mayflower), with a primary focus on the travel industry, including luxury travel advisors, consortia, wholesalers, and strategic leisure partnerships. In addition to leading leisure sales efforts, this role serves as the commercial lead for all transient business channels, driving performance across leisure, retail, negotiated, and other transient segments through close partnership with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations. The ideal candidate combines strong luxury hospitality sales expertise with a strategic commercial mindset and a proven track record of delivering profitable revenue growth. This role will represent and lead performance across four luxury resort properties (Wildflower, White Barn, Vanderbilt and Mayflower).
