Description A busy boutique law firm is looking for an 8+ year attorney to join their team. Their mission is to be a one stop shop for companies needs from formation, commercial real estate, defense litigation, and they also have a trust and estates practice. If you are a litigator who wants to do more transactional work or a general practice attorney with a business development acumen that wants to take over an established practice apply today. 8+ years of law firm experience.
Experience in Civil Litigation, Estate Law, Estate Planning, Commercial Real Estate or Corporate Law are strongly preferred.
Experience with Trial Preparation
Landlord - Tenant litigation
Real Estate exposure desirable.
Bar in Maine or can wave in is the preference. Please note the role is in office. They will not do 100% remote
