This role is responsible for fostering a strong commitment to training, engagement, and standards of excellence. As part of the Auberge family, you will support all team members in delivering exceptional employee experiences throughout their entire employment journey.Lead all learning and development efforts on property, including new hire onboarding and ongoing team member training programs, ensuring continuous growth and alignment with brand standard.Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, providing guidance, support, and timely resolution to questions and concerns.Maintain and continuously improve HR processes, procedures, and communications to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
