The Business Support Manager ensures our back-office operations run smoothly, our teams stay organized, and our customers feel supported. In this role, you will connect billing, customer success, and day-to-day admin functions, keeping everything on track and contributing directly to our growth. What You'll Do

As the Business Support Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of our business office, effectively managing billing and collections, and advancing customer success initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Administrative Operations: Oversee financial and account management to ensure accurate and timely account data entry, invoice creation, account receivable entry, collection efforts, and payment processing.

Team Leadership: Supervise and support the Customer Success and Billing Teams, building a positive and results-oriented culture.

Customer Success: Collaborate closely with operations and sales teams to drive results and enhance customer satisfaction. Provide direct customer support across all lines of business via phone, email, and web.

Systems Management: Maintain account management software platforms, tracking and auditing client work orders, contractual information, and pricing for accuracy.

Back Office Coordination: Bridge communication between all teams to ensure seamless operations and client support and satisfaction.

Resource Management: General office management oversight, including supply ordering, organization, and office maintenance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in business accounting and office management.

Direct customer support experience a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.

Experience with Sage Intacct and/or QuickBooks (or comparable accounting software).

A proven track record of leading small teams, implementing processes, and driving results.

Familiarity with EOS/Traction business framework a plus.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work independently without immediate supervision.

Confidentiality agreement and background verification required.
