Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician
Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance procedures not limited to equipment and systems
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to determine root causes
Repair and replace faulty components using hand tools and power tools
Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality of machinery
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders
Ability to supervise lower-level maintenance technicians effectively
Skills:
Proficient in electrical systems, including logic controllers
Strong HVAC/R knowledge for maintaining climate control systems
Mechanical aptitude with industrial machinery
Ability to analyze technical problems and implement effective solutions
Familiarity with hydraulics for equipment operation
Technical experience is a plus for recommending and usage of maintenance products
Essential:
Minimum 2 years hands on experience in maintenance duties
Ability to perform the essential functions of physical demands of the job.
Lifting over 50 pounds
Visibility specific requirements (close peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
Ability to perform and work during all seasonal weather conditions.
Ability to perform all work duties independently using own technical knowledge and judgment.
Mandatory personal reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License (paid per mileage)
Ability to work under pressure on time sensitive projects.
Ability to pass background and drug screening.
Ability and willingness to attend to after-hours emergency maintenance duties.
