Part-Time Opportunity: Attend Auctions & View Properties in Portland – $20/hour
Are you looking for a flexible, low-commitment gig with great pay? We’re offering a very part-time position where you’ll attend property auctions or view properties in Portland 1-2 times a month.
Tasks are light but important – sometimes you’ll need to make copies at the courthouse and text the documents to us.
We need someone reliable, detail-oriented, and excellent with people, as you’ll be dealing with professionals in the field. If you’re the type who follows instructions well and is great at communicating, this is a perfect job for you!
Job Details:
Location: Portland, OR and sometimes up towards Augusta.
Pay: $20/hour, paid the same day you send us the required info
Schedule: 1-2 days/month, just a few hours at a time
Job Tasks: Attend auctions/view properties, make copies at the courthouse, text documents to us
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly and professional, with strong people skills
Honest, reliable, and quick to follow up with communication
Good at following instructions and paying attention to details
Experience in real estate, legal, or office settings is a plus (but not required)
