SUMMARY
The Customer Service Associate is vital to the success of our Company. As a part of the sales support team, this position is the first point of contact for all customers that have questions about their order, our products or the company.
SCHEDULE
Sunday 10am-5pm
Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
Fully onsite
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a liaison between the customer and the Sales Account Representative as well as internal departments
Member of the Customer Service team that functions within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company
Attend training and Customer Service meetings
Process orders & transactions
Answer questions about products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve problems
Support Sales in all aspects
Provide information to other departments based on customer feedback
Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
Foodservice experience preferred
6 - 12 months customer service, call center and / or related area
Customer Centric attitude with professional demeanor
Must be proficient in MS Office suite – Outlook, Word & especially Excel
