The service department at our boatyard is seeking a friendly, professional, detail oriented individual to help with customer service. The job involves answering phones, efficient call backs, cashing out customers making purchases, maintaining our online listings of items for sale, general office tasks, etc.
Job requirements:
-Customer service experience
-Experience with computer and basic operating systems: Microsoft word, excel, etc.
-A professional and friendly attitude
- A willingness to learn new things and work hard
-Attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills
-An ability to work well independently while also functioning well as part of our team
Our boatyard and marina is a family run, team oriented environment. Our focus is on the safety and well being of our crew as well as a high quality experience for our customers. We hope to add a new member to our crew that enjoys being a contributing part of our team but is also focused on excelling with their particular duties.
Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8-12. Availability to work some Saturdays is important.
