General Description: Support position with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
Label and store parts in the stockroom according to a prearranged system.
Count inventory for cycle counts and yearend inventory count.
Drive to vendors to pick up inventory on short notice.
Assist in purchasing and receiving inventory; including handling paperwork.
Work with the service department and retail customers to provide parts and supplies.
Enter items to sell on eBay store.
Perform light administrative duties. Use fax, copier, email, VHF radio and telephone.
Operate forklift for movement of engines, parts and supply shipments.
Assist in keeping parts area clean and shelf section area stocked and orderly.
Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Includes weekend work hours.

Work Experience Required:
Prior parts experience in the marine or auto industry is not required.
We will train the right person.
Basic computer skills
General mechanical knowledge of marine or auto parts is a plus.
Ability to learn how to use parts catalogs, internet and software programs to track and pick parts.
Ability to read and interpret parts schematics.
Capacity to work as a member of a team or by oneself to achieve desire results.
Prior customer service experience is a plus.
Must have valid driver's license.
Unlimited or unimpaired ability to walk, bend, stoop, climb, lift 50 lbs and work safely around water.
Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
