Corridor Management Company is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing/Leasing Consultant for our properties in Scarborough and Portland, ME to act as our first point of contact for all prospective residents. This customer focused sales position interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and is responsible for performing all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills both verbal and written. Strong people skills and excellent organizational and time management skills. Applicant must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties:
Marketing Planning – Aid in the development and execution of the annual marketing plan. Assist in branding the overall property through effective marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Social Media – Use social media tools to increase exposure, gain brand awareness and create client loyalty.
Research – Ability to conduct research on market communities to ensure a competitive edge.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the property management industry.
Manage and update property listings across various online platforms and websites.
Candidate should be computer proficient. You must enjoy a fast-paced, lively work environment and have prior sales experience.
