New England Kenworth's newest addition to its Parts, Sales and Service locations, TRP Store in Lebanon, ME, is looking for a full-time Parts Counter Person to support the sales of our Heavy Duty Truck Parts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting internal and external customers with parts purchases
- Communicating by phone and in-person, looking up parts information, creating invoices, issuing returned goods credits
- Stocking inventory and/or pulling parts for delivery
- Assist in maintaining store appearance
- Help drive sales through customer service excellence
- Assist with shipping and receiving responsibilities
- Assist Outside Parts Sales and Delivery personnel
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in related industry preferred
- Heavy Duty Truck Parts experience desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Current, valid driver's license issued in state of residence
- This position will require, at different times and frequencies, sitting, standing, walking, lifting and bending.
