Coordinator, is responsible for managing schedules and appointments. Must have good communication skills They ensure all parties involved know about the latest updates. Will consider the nature of the appointment to determine how long the appointment should last. Their duties include scheduling appointments, managing calls, solving customer service issues and prioritizing while balancing tasks and meetings.
Answering phone calls and emails, and communicating with staff any updated information.
Making outbound phone calls and scheduling appointments with current and future customers.
Scheduling appointments in a database. Must be familiar with Windows operating system and office 360 platform.
Must be comfortable communicating with professionals about appointment availability
Resolving scheduling and customer service conflicts
Managing internal staff schedules and accommodating special requests.
Must possess the ability to work unsupervised and able to multi-task as the customer service issues arise.
