We are the complete one-stop shop where the customer leaves everything to us…from the equipment allocation to the rebates and warranty A1 handles it all. We have a new Showroom opening in Belfast and are looking for someone to take control of this space. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful applicant to join this fast-growing company.
The Job:
The Showroom Manager is responsible for increasing showroom revenues by successfully interacting with potential and current customers inside of the showroom, through personal interaction, email, in person and over the phone. This person is responsible for the showroom strategy and implementation for generating new business, maintaining existing relationships, and following up with the inside sales, sales development, and distribution team to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations. Additionally, the Showroom Manager will schedule estimates and service calls for the team.
Ensure that each client receives outstanding service by providing a client-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging clients, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of customer service.
Oversight of showroom organization and display to ensure product circulation and analyzing displays to include new or popular products are present within the showroom.
No experience necessary we are more than happy to train the right person.
