Our center is currently looking to hire classroom teachers as well as assistant teachers! We highly encourage college students to apply as we can be flexible with scheduling for part time positions.

Full-time ONLY - Paid out in two halves after 30 and 90 days of employment
To be qualified for the assistant teacher/floater position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. A plus if you have previous childcare experience!
To be qualified for a classroom teacher position, we require a high school diploma OR GED, one year of classroom experience, and ability to pass all background checks. CDA or AA highly preferred!
Required Availability: Monday - Friday, any shift between 7:00 AM - 5:30 p.m.
Compensation: $16.00 - $19.50/hour, based on education and experience.

Main Job Responsibilities:
Assist with all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
Implement activities that encourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
Take direction, accept constructive criticism, and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
