$2,000 Sign on Bonus for eligible candidates.

The Center of Excellence in Autism and Developmental Disorders is looking for passionate and dedicated people to work as Educational Technicians, providing individualized instruction and behavioral support to children and young adults ages 1 to 20 with autism and developmental disorders. Join a dedicated team that works to increase communication, academic, socialization, self-care, behavioral and motor skills of students utilizing the tools of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

The Center of Excellence is a full-service integrated treatment, research, and training center to meet the needs of Maine families, generate new treatment models, and advance autism science for the benefit of all. New and expanded services include child and adult outpatient clinics, preschool, K-12 day treatment and early intervention in-home services.Qualifications:

High School diploma with a minimum of 90 college credit hours required for certification as an Education Technician III from the Maine Department of Education

Experience/interest in working with individuals ages 3-5 with autism and other developmental disabilities

A minimum of two years' experience in special education, early childhood or a related field preferred
