Assembly: Position, fit, and fasten wires, harnesses, parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools, hoists, and other equipment.Technical Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, technical diagrams, bills of materials (BOM), and written instructions.System Installation: Install mechanical components (pumps, valves, etc.), electrical systems (wiring, control panels), plumbing, and interior fixtures (flooring, walls, seats, windows).Troubleshooting & Repair: Identify and troubleshoot assembly problems or malfunctions, perform repairs, rework, and preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.Quality Control: Monitor production processes, perform testing, and carry out quality checks; Follow task time and quality requirements outlined in operating instructions, processes, and MRP routingSafety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety procedures and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.Handle and store goods and raw materials in the factory/warehousePerform manufacturing, production, and testing tasks as planned by the MRPReport process drifts or quality issues to Team LeaderComplete tally sheets in MRP tools when requiredAdhere to ESD rules for electronics productionEnsure compliance with EHS rules
