Scales, a very busy and exciting restaurant on Portland's waterfront, is looking for an experienced Reservationist to start immediately.
As the first point of contact for our guests, our Reservationist is an integral part of the front-of-house operations. Responsibilities include daytime reception, answering phone calls, booking reservations, processing gift card sales, and preparing the host stand for the evening service. The ideal candidate will be professional, energetic, enthusiastic, have a pleasant telephone manner and most importantly, focused on providing outstanding customer service. Must be able to effectively prioritize while operating calmly and smoothly with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This is a part-time, year-round position. Experience with Open Table/Guest Center and Aloha is strongly preferred.
