We are a casual coastal restaurant located at Derecktor Robinhood Marina. Our goal is to offer creatively crafted, locally fished, foraged and farm goods to our community. LINE COOK starting at $18-$25 per hour
Two or more years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
Able to communicate effectively with managers and kitchen personnel
DISH WASHER starting at $15-17 per hour
BARTENDER: hourly + tips
Provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests. Each bartender’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return.
SERVER and Host: hourly + tips
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.
FOH SUPPORT STAFF (RUNNER/BUSSER): hourly + tips
ALL EMPLOYEES
Must be able to work in a standing position for a full shift (up to 6 hours), you may be scheduled for a double shift with an appropriate break; if you can not work in a standing position for a double shift, alert the managers, so that you can be scheduled appropriately. You must be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food/drinks and containers weighing up to 25 pounds.
Must use provided cleaning materials to keep our space safe and compliant with health and safety codes, this may include but is not limited to disinfectants, bleach, ect.
Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of The Osprey.
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.
Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
Follow all waste sorting procedures: Trash/Recycling/Compost
