Thistle & Grouse, a New American Casual Fine Dining Restaurant in the Old Port of Portland, is seeking a few Front of House employees to join our team!
We are seeking professional minded, career driven, passion staff to join our team.
-Team players (never saying "that's not my job")
-Driven to learn the menus. Have a desire to learn about wines, spirits, beers and quality food to better serve our guest
-Be able to work dinner shifts Wednesday through Sunday Nights, Brunch Saturdays and Sundays and occasional parties on days we are closed.
-Be able to be on your feet for the entire shift and work with stairs. Our beautiful newly renovated dining room is split up between 2 floors.
-Want to work with a beverage program that is driven by high end craft spirits and a craft cocktail program, high quality craft beer, and an elevated but approachable wine list.
