Looking for a very important addition to our team. AURA in downtown Portland is seeking a new Bar Manager to oversee 6 different bars and our Sports Grill. We're a concert venue and event space that also houses a smaller dance club and restaurant. It can get busy here. Much multi tasking. Experience serving and working with food is a must. Need to have experience in ordering from distributors. Beverage knowledge needed. 2-3 years minimum bar management experience requested. Extreme flexibility in schedule as week after week, things change due to unique concerts and events. Late hours at times. Decent communication skills a must. You'll be leading a great team every day so professionalism, accountability and reliability is paramount. Full time, weekly pay, insurance, benefits and parking.
