Empire Chinese Kitchen seeks to add to our Front of House Team
Work environment:
We are a casual atmosphere restaurant, serving upscale Cantonese soul food. Our kitchen is small and mighty, and turns out high-quality, authentic Chinese small plates, dumplings, and stir-fry. Our current FOH team and ideal candidates are efficient, cooperative, and non-competitive. We value high standards of customer service, and constructive and open communication.
Bartender: Full-time
Candidates:
Bartender: 2+ years of serving experience is preferred, but we are pleased to train candidates depending on their ability
Availability:
At least one weekend day availability is required
Compensation:
Server: $14 -$15/hr. (plus tips)
Training is paid at $15/hr.
We offer a competitive hourly wage, plus tips. Staff members also enjoy food discounts and free entry to shows at Empire Comedy Club.
Hours:
We are open for lunch and dinner 6 days a week.
Lunch shifts: 10:30am-4:00pm
Dinner shifts: 4:00pm-10:00pm
