We are excited to open up hiring for two additional culinary management positions at Bissell Brothers- chef de cuisine & sous chef.
Qualified applicants will be able to demonstrate the following-
·Verified leadership experience in a commercial kitchen
-Have experience and confidence fixing on-the-fly problems in a high-volume working kitchen
·Be able to cook at all kitchen stations, in high volumes, leading by example
·Provide leadership to culinary staff alongside, and in lieu of, the executive chef
·Promote cooperative effort, a team spirit, and good morale among kitchen employees
·Maintain kitchen & kitchen equipment with a high standard of order & cleanliness
·Develop pub-style menu items on a world-class level
·Ability to emulate the high standards Bissell Brothers holds, and work that into the kitchen work,
environment & customer experience
-these jobs come with great pay (chef de cuisine will be a salaried position and sous chef will start $20+/hr)
