38 West is looking for experienced kitchen help for its busy year-round restaurant. Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Chef, line cook w/some management, prep cook and dishwasher. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. Full and part time shifts available. Kitchen only open until 9PM. Closed Sunday & Monday. Great work environment and competitive pay for the reliable team members.
