SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef for a lovely boarding school in Hebron, ME with experience in high-volume food preparation.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Available overtime for catering events, with prior notice.

Pay Type: $24.00 Hourly

What you'll do:

Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests’ expectations.

Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.

Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

What you'll need:

Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.

Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.

Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
