Tally's is a cafe in Portland's Bayside neighborhood with a simple mission: make people happy with exceptional customer service, while serving great food of the highest quality. We are a small but busy breakfast and lunch, fast casual, primarily takeout cafe. We are looking for a lead cook who can run the grill during a breakfast rush, transition into lunch, clean up and cash out at the end of the day. We need someone willing to learn the ins and outs of the menu, learn POS system, take a catering order and be in charge in the owners absence. We need someone who wants to take charge, learn the biz, be the “go to” person. Skills and characteristics needed; happy and fun attitude, speed, organization, cleanliness, attention to detail, kitchen experience, pride, flexibility and hard working. We are open Monday to Friday so NO WEEKENDS
