High end Catering Company is looking for a full-time catering chef starting May 2026. This position includes prepping and packing out for catered events as well as working on site for each event. This position works closely with 2-3 other full-time chefs during the prep week and leads per diem teams on event days. Saturdays in season (may-nov) are required. Day time hours during the prep week (Monday-Thursday).
Organizational team leadership and product ordering are a must. Prior fine dining and high volume cooking is a plus.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and work for extended days as needed.
