We have relaunched our Cheese Louise After Dark program with a new and improved cocktail program and our classic menu of grilled cheeses for those in search of a late night bite. As a late night team member, you will be responsible for overseeing the grills and ensuring that sandwiches are served with attention to quality and efficiency. You will work with a team of two bar tenders to serve our guests and provide a remarkable late night experience. Cheese Louise After Dark will be open from 10 pm-2am Friday-Saturday and shifts will be scheduled from 8pm-3am. The ideal candidate will be available to work all After Dark shifts and a day time shift or two every week, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as a part of a small and dynamic team, be 21 or older, and have previous service industry experience. Team members will make a minimum of $20 an hour and we expect that with tips, team members will be earning between $25-$35 an hour most nights.
