Looking for a motivated employee who enjoys working independently. In our small commercial kitchen located on the Portland waterfront, we prepare chowders, stocks and seafood stew (to name a few) for our lobster shack located off site. We also prepare a selection of desserts, so knowledge of baking is helpful. Hours can be flexible. 15-30 hours per week depending on applicant. Compensation is competitive for the right candidate. Other responsibilities may include receiving deliveries from local food vendors, rotating stock and checking inventory. Quality conscious food preparation a must. Will train the right person. Free parking.
