We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bagel Production Manager to join our team! As the Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our bagel production process, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee the production of bagels from start to finish
-Ensure the proper preparation of dough and other ingredients in high volumes
-Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and optimize efficiency
-Coordinate production schedules to meet demand and maintain inventory levels
-Perform regular quality checks and troubleshoot production issues
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
-Proven experience in high-volume dough production, preferably in a bagel or bakery setting
-Self motivated
-Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-Knowledge of various dough production equipment
-Ability to work well in a team and foster a positive work environment
