Private Estate seeking a reliable houseperson for year-round long-term employment.
Must be Covid Vaccinated
Must pass background check and have a valid license.
Must be comfortable around friendly dogs.
Must be able to climb ladders at varying heights.
Light hands-on maintenance & supervision of vendors.
Minimal service to Principals and guests may sometimes be required.
Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly upkeep of interior and exterior areas
Will work closely with the House Manager and Housekeeper to ensure the estate is always ready for occupancy.
This position offers a comfortable working environment with a supportive management structure. All inquiries will be kept confidential.
Previous estate work or high-end hotel/restaurant experience will be helpful in this position.
A willingness to learn and grow your skill set and the desire to provide unmatched service in a refined setting would be helpful!
