Oak & Ember in Buxton is looking for an Executive Chef to work in unison with ownership to create a new menu vision that represents the owners philosophy and is the best possible representation for the space and the community. Candidates should have experience in managing employees, menu creation, inventory management, payroll and scheduling management, product budgeting, and food cost analysis.
This is a salary position with incentive bonuses based on performance and other factors.
