Job description
Mr. Tuna, the east coast's first sushi food truck turned brick-and-mortar, offers high-quality sustainable fish, featuring a sushi-counter, seasonal outdoor seating, and a distinct beverage program focusing on sakes and curated cocktails. Job Responsibilities
Maintain verbal communication with Chefs/waitstaff, act as liaison between wait staff and kitchen staff
Monitor quality of dishes
Ensure restaurant is adhering to health and sanitation standards
Coordinate firing tickets with different stations, sending food to tables, running service
Assist in packing and handling of to-go orders
Assist staff when necessary
Qualifications/Experience
Prior experience working as food expeditor or similar is preferred
Works well in a fast-paced, high stress environment
Great communication, organizational, and coordination skills
Can work on nights, weekends, and holidays
