Menus are built from the hyper-seasonality of maine, what we forage and what grows on our 17 acre property.
Natural wine and cider program highlights the northeast region.
Cocktail menu reflects the farm and wild foods we gather.
Friday and Saturday: 7 course menu with optional wine paring.
Sunday: casual service open to the public, a la carte small bites, live music.
