Mr. Tuna, the east coast's first sushi food truck, offers high-quality sustainable fish out of 3 carts/trailers or popup table and tent set up all year round. Job Responsibilities
Set up, stock, and work (mostly solo) on the food trucks, Spring through Fall
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food/ensuring correct storage
Perform inventory checks
Keen attention to detail and organization
Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
Keep station neat, clean, and organized at all times
Contribute to a positive work environment, representing the brand
Qualifications/Experience
Current license and insurance
Comfortable towing, 40 foot truck and trailer
Trailering experience is a plus
2 years experience working in a restaurant/kitchen
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to stand and work on feet for extended period (up to 10 hours)
Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 75 lbs
