PRODUCTION/PREP - Experience is a plus. We will always consider individuals, with any level of experience, who desire an opportunity to learn, grow, and maintain an attention to details.
Your time here will expose you to a wide breadth of knowledge including, charcuterie, whole animal butchery and utilization, savory pastry, fruit and vegetable preservation. Working with the best ingredients that Maine has to offer, sourcing from a multitude of local farms. - This is a morning/afternoon position. This position is year round.
