The Food & Beverage Manager ensures a
memorable guest experience by maintaining a
visible presence and coordinating the activities
and responsibilities of the dining room team.
Duties Include (but not limited to):
Maintain a professional, positive & friendly
demeanor with guests and associates
Supervise the dining room team
Perform duties of dining room team as
needed
Train and coach dining room team and
supervisors
Assist with hiring and weekly scheduling
Attend daily and weekly meetings as required
Additional duties as assigned
Must be able to work days, nights & weekends.
Minimum 2 yrs experience in high volume, casual
fine dining. 1 year supervisory experience. Proficient
in POS, Microsoft Office and Excel. Strong food and
beverage knowledge. Attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
This is a seasonal position paid hourly with overtime available. Information on housing availability will be passed on in the interview process.
