Sailing experience not required, but helpful
Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a DOT drug test

$850 - $1,100/week plus tips

Description
The Schooner Grace Bailey is hiring a chef for the 2025 sailing season. We offer three to six night all-inclusive trips sailing in the Penobscot Bay in Maine. We are a traditionally rigged wooden vessel and sail with up to 26 passengers and six crew members.
Must be good at working with people, be able to work as a team, have excellent organizational skills and be comfortable working and living in a small space. Passion for food and hospitality is a must.
You will be responsible for provisioning, preparing and serving three meals a day alongside one assistant chef for support. In addition to being responsible for the galley, you will help with sailing the vessel. This is a very unique position so this person must have a sense of adventure and a willingness to learn!
