We're recruiting top talent to join our growing 86'Relief Team.

If you're looking for a change of scenery or want to try something new, then please consider joining us! Don't want to work early mornings? Not a problem. Hate working until midnight? Fine with us! Getting bored at your current position? You won't be on our team.You get to pick and choose where you want togo and work, and how often you work - we can slam you with overtime if you wanted it, keep you at a set 40-hour week, or you can chill and pick up work whenever you feel like it.

So this might prompt the question of you wondering what our 86'Team is all about? The chefs that work with usstep in and cover whenever a restaurant is short-staffed,requires temp coverage, or needs help with catering gigs.

We cater to all different needs, from covering as a Line Cook up to covering as the Exec Chef. You get to bounce around from restaurant to restaurant networking with tons of chefs and restaurateurs along the way. But we don't just work with restaurants! We work with food trucks, catering companies + events, hotels, inns, camps, private events, private families, SUPER yachts- the list goes on.

Most of our assignments last anywhere from 2-8 weeks, and once it’s over, you get to choose your next assignment and off you go!

We offer full-time, year-round gigs with us (you’re always guaranteed and paid a minimum of 40 hours every week), or you can work with us on a part-time/flex basis. We offer a great hourly rate, and you get overtime for all hours over 40, plus 1.5x holiday pay. You’re also paid weekly (every Friday) via Direct-Deposit. We also offer PTO, benefits, bonuses, travel reimbursement, and a gold-health insurance plan. Another nice perk is youcan take time off whenever you feel like it because we believe in having a good work/life balance.

We try to keep assignments as close to your hometown as possible, and the longest you would ever have to drive would be 30(ish)minutes, but ideally, we keep you within 10-15 minutes (or less) from your home. We're even super busy in the winter, so this can be a year-round position if you wanted it to be.
