Staffing, scheduling, prep lists, cleaning lists, oversees, invoices and food costs, saute
Grill & Fry station
Fast paced, flattop cooking for burgers, sandwiches, etc. Well organized. Maintain the station
Garde manger
Create salads, nightly specials and desserts. Faced paced, well organized. Maintain the station
Pizza cook
Learn our sourdough process, stretching station, and cooking in our 700 wood fired oven
