Local Bed and Breakfast looking for a Part Time Housekeeper/s. This person/s will be responsible for helping deep cleaning rooms after each guest leaves before new guests arrive. Sundays are Mandatory June - October. Normal hours are mid-morning to early afternoon (checkout ends at 10:00 - check in begins 3pm) This person must be extremely detailed oriented, can work independently, listen, and follow directions. This person must be positive in nature, take pride in a job well done, be able to lift 30 pounds, squat, kneel, bend, handle cleaning supplies. My property is a no smoking property. This is a perfect position for a High School/ College Student or an Empty Nester who is looking for a summer job or just looking for a few hours to fill their time. There will be times when Guests Leave Early (we like that) so you may be called in earlier. This job must be a number one priority, because the window to turn over rooms is extremely limited and cannot be adjusted. This is a 1099 position. Depending on how many hours this person or persons will want, this person can also help me around the property, gardening, helping me with my ducks and chickens etc. Hours will vary, however rarely exceed 4 hours in one day. Weekly hours depending on time of year could be 4 hours could be 13 hours, it all depends on guests and what we do around the property.
