This hybrid role blends customer-facing sales responsibilities with strategic corporate account management and pricing coordination.What You’ll Do:Inbound Phone SalesAnswer incoming calls and assist customers with product questions, order placement, and general inquiriesConvert leads into sales by providing a great customer experience and recommending the right solutionsNavigate our order system to enter and manage transactions efficiently and accuratelyCorporate & B2B SalesBuild and maintain relationships with corporate clients, handling custom orders, bulk inquiries, and ongoing account needsCollaborate with fulfillment and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of large and recurring ordersRespond to new business inquiries and help drive growth in our B2B sales channelPricing CoordinationAssist with pricing updates, margin analysis, and competitive benchmarkingWork closely with leadership to ensure pricing strategies align with company goalsHelp manage discount programs, custom quotes, and special promotional offersPhysical Demands:Able to sit and/or stand for the duration of the shiftAble to use a keyboard, headset, and computer monitor for the duration of the shiftMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Must be able to type 30 words per minuteFull Time Benefits:100% paid employee healthcare after 60 days100% paid dental after 60 daysGroup vision availableShort term and long term disability after 60 days401(k) Plan & Match - 100% match on your first 3% and 50% match on your next 2% of contributions.
