Two Fat Cats Bakery is looking for year-round, part-time (25-30hrs) kitchen team member to join our team at the West End! Two Fat Cats West End is a bakery/cafe/market at 144 State Street in the Nightingale building. Like our Lancaster Street bakery, TFC West End is a dynamic bakery offering the best in rustic American-style baking with a deep love for our community, good food and the joy that comes with it.
Our kitchen team positions are morning/day positions. The kitchen team is responsible for making all our soups, sandwiches, salads, and prepared meals. Other responsibilities include:
following recipes
accurate measuring and weighing
consistency and efficiency in production
collaboration on menu development
adherence to safety protocols
cleanliness in the kitchen and our work environment
We are looking for individuals who are respectful and polite, have a sense of humor, attention to detail, team focused, and take pride in their work. Professional kitchen experience is a must - at least two years is preferred.
