Award winning Natalie's at Camden Harbour Inn has an opening for a year round line cook position
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of related progressive experience; or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of progressive experience in fine dining. Must have knowledge of preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, cost control and managing a culinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate and loves working with farmers, fishermen and foresters.
In case of less experience that preferred we are open to train the right candidate for our year round position.
