Gross Confection Bar is looking for an early morning baker!
We are looking for an applicant who is available (roughly) 3:30am-12pm Thursday - Sunday and Wednesday 9am-1pm. Applicant must have experience working in a professional high end bakery production kitchen with skills including laminated doughs, biscuits, scones, cakes and breads. You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
