Mr. Tuna Commissary will prep and provide for Mr. Tuna's Portland location and Mr. Tuna's bustling event/catering business! Job Responsibilities
Execute prep lists as defined by commissary manager
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food/ensuring correct storage
Perform inventory checks
Keen attention to detail and organization
Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
Keep station neat, clean, and organized at all times
Contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications/Experience
2 years experience working in a kitchen would be preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
Required to have your own set of sharp knives
Working with seafood is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to stand and work on feet for extended period (up to 10 hours)
Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
