Off Track Pizza, a slice shop in the old port is looking for a Manager.
This person is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the establishment.
Job Summary:
Creating systems and standards and continued oversight of said standards, onboarding staff, ordering wares, equipment maintenance, employee enrollment.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Being present on the floor four to five days a week.
- Oversight of all Lead Positions and staff.
- Writing the schedule.
- Maintenance of Square and Door Dash.
- Opening and closing of the restaurant.
- Creating opening, closing, and cleaning lists.
- Cash handling for deposits and tip outs.
- Ordering of wares, office supplies, etc.
- Equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Hiring for front and back of house.
- Training new employees.
- Onboarding employees into Square and 7Shifts.
- Working with finance office to meet goals.
- Getting invoicing and receipts to finance office.
- Disciplinary actions.
- Monthly inventory.
- Events.
- Responsible for attending weekly manager meeting
- Ordering nonalcoholic beverage and paper products.
Skills and abilities:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with staff at all levels.
- Competency with Square and Door Dash
- Attention to detail.
