- Reliability & Consistency: You show up on time, ready to work, and can be counted on to consistently perform at your best, no matter the day or shift.
- Knowledgeable About Food & Beverages: You have a solid understanding of coffee drinks, quality ingredients, and are excited to share your knowledge with customers.
- Experience: We are seeking an individual with some experience in a kitchen or cafe setting, preferably with experience making coffee drinks or crafting quality cocktails.
- Team Player: You’re eager to collaborate with your colleagues to ensure smooth operations and an enjoyable work environment for everyone.
