FRONT OF THE HOUSE MANAGER - Soon to open Bangor, ME
This position requires an experienced professional in the food and customer service industry with a proven leadership record, comprehensive industry knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills. The individual must exhibit effective communication skills, sound judgment, and a positive attitude in the workplace. Leadership of employees and the management team, customer service, and attention to detail are central attributes of this position. The FOH Manager addresses specific responsibilities in the restaurant including but not limited to staff training, product ordering, and inventory. This position requires strong leadership skills along with restaurant and management experience both in the back and front of the house. The FOH Manager position is filled by a candidate who is committed to the long-term success of the restaurant and Portland Pie Company.

Education / Experience
ï Minimum high school diploma
ï Strongly preferred -- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
ï 2-3 years experience in a management role in the F&B and/or hospitality industry
ï 3-5 years experience in customer service
ï Preferred formal culinary/hospitality training
