As a key member of the management staff, the front of house manager (FOHM) is responsible for front of house event management at Abel's Lobster. They are responsible for supervising frontside servers and for management collaboration with the Executive and Sous Chefs and are to act as a direct support person to the General Manager (GM). The ideal candidate for this position must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor with guests and staff, as well as effectively making use of downtime. Strong leadership and personnel management skills should be accompanied by an excellent customer service orientation and commitment to company values and image. The FOHM pays close attention to all operational details to ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of guests and job satisfaction of staff, as well as playing a key role in the financial and operational success of the business.

Requirements:
2-year minimum previous management experience
Must be 21+ years of age
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods, and throughout their shift
Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
Must be able to carry a tray and lift to 30 pounds
